This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the mobile applications published by JRSA Technologies Inc. and when you visit this website, how that information is used, and what choices you have. We are the data controller for the purposes of this policy.
1. Information we collect directly
We do not ask you to create an account, and our applications do not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or payment details. We do not collect, sell, or rent personal information about you for our own purposes.
The only situation in which we hold information you have given us is when you contact us by email. In that case we hold your email address and the contents of your message for as long as is needed to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence, and we use it for no other purpose.
2. Information collected by advertising partners
Our applications are free and are supported by advertising. Advertisements are served by Google AdMob and by advertising networks working with it through mediation. To serve and measure advertisements, these partners may collect and process:
- your device advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID, or Identifier for Advertisers on iOS);
- your IP address, and coarse location derived from it, such as your country or region;
- device and technical information such as device model, operating system version, language, and network type;
- information about the advertisements shown to you and how you interacted with them.
This information is collected by those partners under their own privacy policies, not by us, and we do not receive it in a form that identifies you. We receive only aggregated, non-identifying reporting such as impression, click, and revenue totals.
Google practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy and in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
3. Your advertising choices
You can limit personalised advertising at any time:
- Android: Settings, then Google, then Ads, where you can delete or reset your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalisation.
- iOS: Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Tracking, where you can withdraw permission to track. Where the App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown, declining it means the advertising identifier is not shared for tracking across apps and websites.
Opting out does not remove advertising from the application; it means the advertising you see is less likely to be tailored to you.
4. Google Play services
Our Android applications are distributed through Google Play and rely on Google Play services. Google may collect information such as crash diagnostics, installation, and delivery data under its own privacy policy. The data safety disclosure on each application store listing sets out what that application collects and shares, and is kept consistent with this policy.
5. This website
This website is hosted on the Google Blogger platform. Blogger and Google set cookies and record standard server log information, including your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you view, in order to operate and secure the site and to produce aggregate traffic statistics. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings, and the site remains usable if you do.
6. How information is used
Information described in this policy is used only to operate and maintain our applications and website, to display and measure the advertising that funds the free applications, to understand aggregate usage so we can improve our products, to respond to your enquiries, and to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms. We do not use it to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
7. Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information may be processed by the service providers named in this policy, acting on our behalf or as independent controllers of advertising data, and may be disclosed where required by law, by court order, or by a lawful request from a public authority, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
8. International transfers
Our service providers, including Google, operate globally, so information described in this policy may be processed on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to courts and public authorities under the laws of those countries. Those providers apply their own safeguards for such transfers.
9. Retention
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the matter and to keep a reasonable business record, and then delete it. Advertising and platform data is retained by the relevant provider under its own retention schedule, which we do not control.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the very limited information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Our applications are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at reward.4game@gmail.com and we will delete it.
12. Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA, and under comparable laws elsewhere, you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw a consent you have given. Because we hold almost no personal information, such a request will usually concern email correspondence only. Write to reward.4game@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Requests concerning data held by an advertising partner should be made to that partner.
13. Third-party content and trademarks
Our applications and website may reference or link to third-party games, services, or websites that we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and you should read their own policies. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page and the effective date above will be updated. Material changes will be noted on this page.
